IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and Hirevoo Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using the Hirevoo platform, website, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM.
1. DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement, key terms include Agreement, Platform, Company/Hirevoo, User, Candidate, Employee/Referrer, Employer, Services, Referral, Subscription, Content, Incentive, Third-Party Services, and Account, each as described in this policy.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND USER ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Acceptance
By creating an Account, clicking "I Agree," accessing, or using the Platform in any manner, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2.2 Age Restriction
The Platform is intended for individuals at least 18 years of age.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.
2.4 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for account credential confidentiality and all activities under your account.
2.5 Corporate Users
Authorised representatives binding a corporate entity must have authority to do so.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
CRITICAL POSITIONING
Hirevoo is a technology-driven Career Acceleration Platform. It is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, employment exchange, or placement service.
Hirevoo does not employ candidates and does not guarantee employment outcomes.
Services may include job discovery, resume analysis, AI match scoring, referral facilitation, application tracking, career consultation, upskill recommendations, and employer tools.
4. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE
WARNING - THIS IS A CRITICAL PROVISION
Hirevoo does not guarantee employment, interview calls, referral acceptance, hiring outcomes, or data accuracy/timeliness on the Platform.
5. PLATFORM ROLE LIMITATION AND DISCLAIMERS
Hirevoo acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to agreements between users.
Hirevoo is not responsible for employer hiring decisions, user conduct, profile accuracy submitted by users, or off-platform interactions.
AI outputs are probabilistic and should not be treated as definitive advice.
6. REFERRAL SYSTEM TERMS
Referrals are voluntary.
Candidates must use referral features professionally and lawfully.
Employees retain complete discretion to accept, decline, or ignore referral requests.
No response or timeline is guaranteed.
7. REFERRAL INCENTIVE TERMS
Incentives (if offered) are subject to verification, policy compliance, and programme status.
Hirevoo may withhold/recover incentives in case of fraud, abuse, or violation.
8. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
IMPORTANT: PAYMENT FOR ACCESS, NOT OUTCOME
Subscription fees provide access to features for a period and do not guarantee any specific result.
All fees may be non-refundable except where required by law or approved per policy.
Pricing and feature availability may vary and change over time.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS
Hirevoo may recommend third-party education/upskill or service offerings.
Hirevoo may receive referral commissions from partners.
Hirevoo is not responsible for third-party outcomes.
10. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users must behave lawfully and professionally.
Prohibited activities include fake profiles, fraudulent data, referral abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, malware uploads, and unlawful conduct.
Violations may lead to suspension, termination, and legal action.
11. DATA USAGE, PRIVACY, AND CONSENT TO OUTREACH
By using the Platform, you consent to data processing as per Privacy Policy.
You expressly consent to communications via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and push notifications, subject to applicable law and opt-out choices.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform intellectual property belongs to Hirevoo.
Users grant Hirevoo a licence to use submitted content for platform operations and improvement.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirevoo disclaims liability for indirect/consequential losses and platform/outcome-related losses.
Aggregate liability is capped as described in the Agreement.
14. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Users may terminate accounts by contacting support.
Hirevoo may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, fraud, non-payment, harmful conduct, or misuse.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing law: India.
Disputes are subject to good-faith negotiation, then arbitration in Bengaluru (where applicable), with courts in Bengaluru for non-arbitrable matters/interim relief.
16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Hirevoo may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
17. SPECIAL CLAUSES
Includes outreach consent, no employment relationship clarification, force majeure, severability, entire agreement, waiver, and assignment clauses.

By using the Hirevoo Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
